1 CGST @ 9% and SGST @ 9% is payable by the consignee

2 Incomplete Address/House Lock/Shifted/Refuse to accept/Consignee out of Station

3 Volumetric Charges Applicable on condition apply

The bill will be submitted every month and the same needs to be settled within 45 days of submission of the bill or else above 45 days delay 2% charge will be calculated on the bill. 

 

Transit Time & deduction - No deduction will be calculated on lead time or transit time which would be subject to political distribution, riot, law & Order problem and delay occurring due to various regulations or any other statutory and regulatory agencies and also for bad weather conditions, monsoon, Flood, Cyclone, Fog problems, Vehicle breakdown, Landslide, ’Bandh’, causing delay in flights and reason beyond human control.

 

Restricted items – The shipment banned for transportation by any legal/statutory authority will not be accepted viz Explosives, arms and ammunition and IATA restricted items. We do not accept currency, liquid or semi liquid and fragile material.

 

DRS & POD Sign _ Receiver must provide his/her Signature & the Company Seal & date at the time of receive the consignment otherwise we will not deliver the consignment. If any damage, pilfering, shortage found with the consignment then the remark must be written on POD otherwise we will not entertain any kind of claim If we will not received any remark on the  POD.

 

If any other Govt. statutory and regulatory agencies penalize on the consignment than the penalize amount will be bear by the Consignor only.    

 

Shree Durga will not liable, if the Consignment box is intake & seal at the time of delivery but found materials shortage inside the box.
